Total Bath Remodel

The most common bath in Charleston is aprox. 5' x 8' (give or take), with a tub or tile shower.

This is a completely New Bath, ready for use the day after I am finished. Most of these projects take just four days, Monday thru Thursday. I allow Friday if it is needed. Also I use my hall bath as my showroom of you would like to see what I install.

To completely gut this bath and install a new bath, most of the time this bath will cost $7000 and includes the following as needed:

Demo of the bath contents and disposal

Replacement of sheetrock as needed on the walls & ceiling with the new mildew proof sheetrock

Replacement of wiring, switches & receptacles as needed

Replacement of toilet & vanity cut off valves

Replacement of subflooring as needed (does not include floor joist)

Replacement door & window molding as needed

New cultured marble shower or tub with cultured marble walls

New cultured marble large corner soap & shampoo holder

New cultured marble corner seat (showers only)

New cultured marble base boards

New cultured marble vanity top

New vanity faucet (Moen)

New clear frameless shower doors

New additional shower head with hose mounted on a slide bar with shift valve

New shower or tub faucets (Moen)

New white vanity cabinet (up to 48")

New white medicine cabinet with lights built in

New 12" or 14" ceramic tile on the floor (stock selection) (includes concrete backer board)

New Kohler Wellworth Highline toilet (raised toilet)

New Hampton Bay exhaust fan with light

New crown molding with decorative corner blocks

All caulking is the bath is completed

I will install bath accessories (towel bars, paper holders) purchased by the customer

I will paint the First coat of paint on the walls & ceiling. The paint has to be purchased by the customer and from Dulux (ICI/Glidden) or approved paint company. If you choose cheep paint you are on your own. If you wish for me to do the complete painting of the bath, please ask for pricing.
