2) This estimate does not cover bath accessories (towel bars, paper holders etc...) These items can be purchased by the customer and I will install them during the project, with the exception if charged within this estimate.

3) All prices are given at labor & material cost. Any changes in items or materials that I normally use may change the price.

4) Once the customer has signed this estimate, the customer gives purchase to the job. and the customer becomes liable for materials ordered or purchased and labor for the job.

5) Payment of half of the total amount is required on the first day of work. The balance is required at the time and on the day of completion.

6) All checks must be cashable when written. I will only accept checks from Wachovia, Bank of America, Heritage Trust, First Federal, First Citizens, South Carolina Federal Credit Union & Navy Federal. If you have a check from a different bank, please check with me first.

7) You may deduct $100 from the final payment, if you pay both payments in cash.

8) If it becomes necessary to obtain a permit for this project the customer will be charged for the fees & labor for such.

9) Any unforeseen faults in the property will be at owners’ expense.
